I began my term as Sheriff of Chippewa County in January of 2007, however, my career with the Department began in 1978 as a patrolman. Throughout my years I have gained my professional experience as a drug unit investigator, SWAT team leader, evidence room technician, and most currently as an investigator. My wife and I have been lifelong residents of Chippewa County, and have found Chippewa County a fine community in which to live, work, and raise our sons; who now carry on the tradition with their families, including two granddaughters. I am proud to be your Sheriff, and am committed to maintaining the quality of life in Chippewa County, protecting the Citizens of Chippewa County, and providing fiscally-responsible, professional law enforcement services.
